How to deal with ultrasonic welding machine failures

Today I will continue to introduce to you the symptoms, causes and how to deal with the failure of ultrasonic welding machine.

1.
Fault: The power indicator light does not light up after the machine is powered on, the fan in the vibration box can only rotate slowly, and cannot achieve the vibration effect, and the welding strength becomes weak.
Reason: The voltage of the power supply provided cannot reach the approved voltage, the machine is short-circuited, the fuse is blown, and the power supply is in poor contact
Treatment method: Check the power supply voltage and replace it if it is not suitable. Check the circuit , if the fuse is blown, replace it, and check the power supply so that it can be used normally.

2.
Fault: The machine cannot work normally, but after checking the power supply, welding head and pressure, it was found that there are no problems
Cause: There is a problem with the circuit, and the emergency rise button has poor contact.
Treatment method: Check the circuit and perform maintenance; Check the emergency rise button and perform maintenance.

3.
Fault: When the welding head rises or falls, the impact is too great
Reasons: The buffer is not adjusted properly; the buffer is locked and does not open; the speed is too fast when descending;
Treatment method: Adjust the buffer to the appropriate position, open the buffer device, and adjust the descent speed to the appropriate value.
